What Customers Say About The Sims 2: IKEA Home Stuff:

All of the items are quite different in styling from most of the other things that ship with the games or expansion packs, so it adds another level of customization for your sims. Nothing earth shattering about a stuff pack, but the IKEA Home Stuff is a good one. Mostly bold color options and clean lines if that's what you're looking for.

Simply stated, The Sims are fun, they really are, they are good, clean fun. I don't know about everyone else, but the part of the game that takes the longest and is the most fun is the decorating. So, below please read Jenna's take on this game. So Sims 2: IKEA Home Stuff is fun for anyone who loves to design and decorate houses. My take on The Sims is that if you have a child who wants to play video games, look no further than The Sims. She's has been staying with me for the last couple weeks while her parents are vacationing in Europe.

There are no murders here, no killings, no tanks, no planes, no bombs, no body parts flying all over heck and gone. I have not edited her words, they are here exactly as she wrote them.Jenna says: In this game, there's way more variety of furniture and decorations. One evening while I was writing a review to post on this site, she told me she wanted me to post reviews of all her Sims games. My niece Jenna really loves The Sims. I told her if she wrote them, I'd post them.

Seriously.

I really enjoy being able to give my Sims cheap yet attractive furniture. This isn't necessarily a bad thing but i find with every sim pack, I'd like to know the full list of items included.

It's a great buy. They offer a variety of bright and vibrant colors instead of the usual blues, blacks, beiges, and browns you get in normal sim furniture.

However, for the money paid, you get pretty cute Ikea that is just like the real stuff in the store. I'd recommend this product to any sim lover who enjoys decorating at a cheap pice.

This stuff pack is actually valuable and pretty useful. Before buying this product I would probably have wanted to know the specifics of what furniture would be included in the pack.

For me , I was especially thrilled to decorate my sims with furniture I have in my house.

A handful of pieces are cute, the rest look out of place in Sim-World.I would recommend "Mansion and Garden" or "Kitchen and Bath" over this one. I myself live in a totally IKEA furnished apartment and got the expansion pack as a gag-gift, but I don't think it's worth the money. I wouldn't buy this expansion pack. There are only a handful of things. There's almost no furniture in it.

Like other reviewers have mentioned, there definitely isn't enough items here (or even color choices in those items) to decorate a house with. Of course, I know that IKEA has a tendency to produce "modern" styled furniture, but there's not very much variety in the items in this stuff pack, and almost everything only comes in red, black, white, brown, or yellow.Even though I knew Sims stuff packs only carry a couple dozen items, I was still disappointed with this purchase. But what's the point of having a room styled so drastically different from the rest of your house. lacking. I like modern architecture, but this just doesn't do it for me. We should of at least received a discount.

It's great for your Sim kids and teens, and I suppose it would be a wonderful addition for the University and Apartment Life EPs, but that's the best I can say about it.If you don't like IKEA furniture, or this just isn't your style, then you won't like this pack. Well, I definitely expected much more out of this stuff pack. The items here are kind of. There's limited color choices, and all the pieces look pretty much the same. A room or two, maybe.
